returning the inactive to activity. He will
show you that you are not chronically unfit,
but merely out of practice. Through frequent
exercise sessions at a steady pace, you will
find your fitness returning within days of

self-confidence and open up lifestyle
options you thought were beyond you.

Your programme starts slowly and safely. A
thorough health and fitness screening will
reveal any areas of concern. Exercises can
be tailored around any injuries, risk
factors and personal concerns.
Everybody is different. From back-ache to
belly bulge, your personal trainer can
recognise these factors, and expertly set
out to to remedy them.
Step up the intensity when you feel ready.
Your personal trainer will be there
throughout to watch your every step.
Exercise in your own home, in your own time,
your trainer comes to you when it suits you,
to motivate, encourage, teach and assist,
every step of the way. All you have to do is
put on your trainers and follow your
personal trainer's advice.
Exercises can be modified to suit all
fitness levels and any injuries or
restrictions.

medication or in risk factor groups as
specified.
Results
A minimum 6-8 week programme is recommended in
order for results to appear. This will
provide time for the initial muscular
adaptations, toning, and some weight loss.
