The Boot Camp group session is here and its
going to work for you. For those who enjoy
the fresh air and a varied workout, the Boot
Camp has arrived.
What is Boot Camp Fitness?
Based on military training programmes, with
an emphasis on all-round, total body
fitness, the Boot Camp changes every day.
The Boot Camp takes place in our own local
open, green spaces and the workout depends
on the terrain expect no session to be the
same.
The result is an open air, stress-busting
hour-long exercise session that will leave
your mind and body refreshed and energised.
The Boot Camps are fully supervised
throughout, ensuring a high level of safety,
correct form and technique, ensuring the
speediest results. The Boot Camp is
appropriate for all ages as exercises can be
modified to suit all fitness levels and any
injuries or restrictions.
Please seek medical advice if you are taking
medication or in risk factor groups as
specified.

For maximum fitness gains, join a 6-8 week
programme, and watch your figure take shape
in a fun and invigorating atmosphere in
