trainer will explain how to fit it into your

Your personal trainer visits you when it
suits you. Just have your trainers on and
give it your best effort.
Sessions are fully supervised throughout,
ensuring your safety, correct form and
technique, and the speediest results.
Exercises can be modified to suit all
fitness levels and any injuries or
restrictions.

medication or in risk factor groups as
specified.
Results
Focusing on reducing body fat, a 6-8 week
programme is recommended. This will provide
enough time to see size reduction, and for
muscles to become more slender and toned.
