dietary control, and self discipline under
the expert eye of your personal trainer will
reduce body fat, tone up the skin and
muscles, and give you a body to parade
proudly on the beach.
High intensity “cardio” routines to blast
the fat.
Strength exercises to tone up the muscles.
Nutritional planning to boost the changes to
your body shape.
Short, sharp programmes designed around
specific deadlines and targets.
Leave the spare tyre at home! (We can't
promise you won't bring one back!)
Maximum results will require discipline and
commitment from you, but your personal
trainer will explain how to organise your
schedule best.
Your personal trainer visits you when it
suits you. Just have your trainers on and go
for it.
Sessions are fully supervised throughout,
ensuring your safety, correct form and
technique, and the speediest results.
Exercises can be modified to suit all
fitness levels and any injuries or
restrictions.
Please seek medical advice if you are taking
medication or in risk factor groups as
specified.
Results
Focusing on reducing body fat, a 6-8 week
programme is recommended. This will provide
enough time to see size reduction, and for
muscles to become slender and toned.
