Before making a commitment to a programme, you will have the opportunity to meet with your personal trainer for your free initial consultation. At this point you may discuss your individual goals, discover the benefits of having your own personal trainer, and decide how soon you want to start. At this stage, you may agree to personal terms of contract and a series of training sessions.

Before you start your first session, you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire, consent form and food diary. These will help your personal trainer to ensure safety throughout, and to design a programme suitable to you, and to advise you on a healthy diet and lifestyle.
We adhere to recommendations and guidelines (on risk factors and health screening) published by the British Heart Foundation and the American College of Sports Medicine.
